  • Create equal opportunities for all students to learn 和参与. Increase students’ knowledge of academic 和 professional success behaviors 和 habits. Increase access to 和 facilitate use of success resources at 哥伦比亚大学 as well as in the community.
  • Assist under准备, 准备, 和 high-achieving students in developing the skills necessary to achieve their academic 和 professional goals.
  • Provide individual learning strategy instruction, ongoing support via 同伴指导 援助, 和 referral services for students seeking to improve their learning 和 communication skills.
  • Develop, support, 和 help implement college-wide learning initiatives, especially in the areas involving retention, at-risk student populations, 和 students on early alert status. 
  • 行为 外联工作 to enhance the learning environment, including student workshops, 教室参观, 演讲, 博览会, 和 information sessions.
  • Provide individual student success coaching 职业生涯辅导 support for all students, 和 individual 员工建议 for students on caseloads.
